- Specialized programs require membership in target groups (e.g., young Southeast Asian women for Banteay Srei; low-income Asian American immigrants/refugees for CLU; individuals at risk of or living with HIV for HCH510)
- Patient Leadership Council limited to current Asian Health Services patients
- Medi-Cal or HealthPac insurance card
- Proof of household income for sliding fee scale
