Requirements

• new patients accepted
• Guest visits limited to two per member per month and must be accompanied by the member
• Complimentary childcare limited to children included on a membership, two-hour maximum, and parents must remain on site
• Shared Membership capped at eight participants with the primary member holding financial responsibility and one sport booking per location per day
• Private/executive lockers available only at select clubs and subject to additional monthly fees
• Spa access available only at select Northern California and Pacific Northwest locations
• Connect app login or membership number
• Photo for membership account (required for ages 14 and older)
• Digital guest waiver (for guests)
