Bayview Hunters Point Foundation for Community Improvement

Provides outpatient behavioral health services in the Bayview and other San Francisco communities. Over 400 clients served annually. Bayview community center located at 1625 Carroll Avenue, open 6:00 am–8:00 pm. Walk-ins and referrals welcome.

Provides individual and group counseling for adults seeking support to manage drug or alcohol use and lead healthier lives. Located at the Bayview community center and other San Francisco locations.

Provides counseling for truant students at several schools in San Francisco.

Therapeutic transitional housing program for families breaking the cycle of addiction. Resident families (with a parent who has completed an inpatient program) may stay up to two years while establishing independent living. Support includes maintaining sobriety, obtaining permanent housing, and accessing community resources.
