Jelani Family Residential Step Down

Therapeutic transitional housing program for families breaking the cycle of addiction. Resident families (with a parent who has completed an inpatient program) may stay up to two years while establishing independent living. Support includes maintaining sobriety, obtaining permanent housing, and accessing community resources.
