Requirements
- Persons at risk for tuberculosis
- Persons from countries with elevated TB rates
- Individuals with at least one of the following medical risk factors: diabetes mellitus, smoking within past year, end stage renal disease, leukemia or lymphoma, silicosis, head or neck cancer, intestinal bypass or gastrectomy, chronic malabsorption, body mass index ≤ 20, history of chest x‐ray findings suggestive of previous/inactive TB
