- Incomplete or incorrect applications incur a $75 resubmission fee or may be returned
- Cancellation requests must be received by October 24, 2025 for a partial refund

- Candidates must acknowledge and abide by APCA/CBNC testing and compliance policies
- Completed application with all required materials
- Examination Confirmation Letter (ECL) email containing Certification Number
- Unexpired government-issued photo identification (driver’s license, passport, military ID, state ID)
- Acknowledgement of APCA/CBNC Compliance Policy document
- Active email address for CBNC communications
