Coordinated and integrated mental health and substance use services for adults experiencing homelessness, including assessments, goal-setting, counseling, case management, referrals, crisis intervention, and benefits advocacy.

Information and referral for harm reduction supplies, mental health and substance use resources, training, low-barrier programs, and recovery supports.

Referral and information services for aging and disability supports, formerly provided by ECS through resource centers and the Department of Human Services.

Outreach team meets with individuals in crisis to assess psychiatric or medical condition and link them to treatment services or hospitalization.
