Family Urgent Response System (FURS) - Southern California

Free 24/7/365 trauma-informed support for current and former foster youth and their caregivers. A Mobile Response Team provides immediate in-person services and connects participants to additional community supports.

In-Home Services (Alameda County)

Short-term, intensive home-based therapeutic services for youth ages 3 to 20 and their families in Alameda County, aiming to prevent the need for higher-level placement and increase hope, resilience, and problem-solving capabilities. Provided for wards with full-scope Medi-Cal or youth with severe emotional disturbances, for up to six months.

Therapeutic Behavioral Services

Short-term, intensive individualized 1:1 behavioral support program in the community and home for youth under 21 with unsafe and disruptive behaviors. Designed to prevent higher-level placement or facilitate step-down care. Available to full-scope Medi-Cal eligible youth in Alameda and San Mateo counties for approximately six to nine months.

Visiting Therapist Program

Weekly, trauma-focused psychotherapy for Alameda County dependent children and youth ages 3 to 21 involved in the juvenile justice or child welfare system. Ensures continuity of services despite placement changes.

Contra Costa Transition Aged Youth (CCTAY)

Provides vocational and educational connections, mental health support, and linkage to community supports for young adults ages 16 to 25, including necessary health and dental services to assist in achieving stability and independence.

Wrap Connections - Southern California

High-fidelity, family-centered, culturally responsive, community-based wraparound model. Offers behavioral and mental health assessments and interventions, medication and psychiatric support, with a Care Coordinator, Behavior Counselor, and Parent/Youth Partner. Families choose the location of services (home, community, or office).

Child and Family Team Meeting Facilitation - Southern California

Partnership with San Diego County Child Welfare, Behavioral Health Services, and Probation to facilitate Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings. Promotes well-being of youth up to 21 through enhanced communication and collaboration, creating culturally relevant, individualized plans to meet treatment goals while remaining in the home.

East Bay Wraparound - Northern California

Provides safety planning, behavioral intervention, and family and individual support. A central element is the establishment of Child and Family Team meetings to promote wellness, resilience, and stability in the youth’s home.

Wraparound Mental Health Services
Specialized Wraparound - Southern California

Family-centered, community-based program for children, youth, and families in San Diego & Imperial Counties with developmental disabilities (e.g., Autism Spectrum, Intellectual Disability) and possible co-occurring mental health diagnoses. Offers direct support services, crisis management coaching, safety planning, and caregiver skill-building to create stability in the home.
