Free COVID-19 vaccines (Moderna and Pfizer) for ages 12+ available at GLIDE’s Tenderloin Neighborhood Testing Site on Thursdays from 12 pm–4 pm. Registration on site or online via CDPH-MyTurn; no ID required, parental consent for ages 12–17.
FREESeasonal flu vaccines available (September–April) at the same clinic on site; free for people without insurance. Call or check online for updates.
FREEFree JYNNEOS vaccine for MPOX available at GLIDE’s vaccine clinic. Two-dose series administered at least four weeks apart; recommended for persons at risk.
FREEFree walk-thru COVID-19 testing site established in partnership with the San Francisco Department of Public Health at 330 Ellis Street outside GLIDE’s entrance.
FREEAll Services
Prescription-only antiviral treatment (Paxlovid) offered on site as part of a Test to Treat program following a positive COVID-19 test.

Requirements

- COVID-19 vaccine: everyone aged 6 months and older (dose schedule varies by age and risk group)
- MPOX vaccine: persons at higher risk (MSM, transgender/gender-diverse, multiple partners, recent STI, immunocompromised)
- RSV vaccine: recommended for adults aged 60+ and maternal vaccination during weeks 32–36 of pregnancy
- No ID required (ID helps to complete registration)
- Parental consent for minors aged 12–17
- Appointment confirmation for partner clinics (San Francisco Free Clinic, AITC Immunization and Travel Clinic)
