IHSS Orientation

Requirements

• Attend a county-provided IHSS Provider Orientation
• Complete, sign and return SOC 426 directly to the county IHSS Office or Public Authority
• Complete and sign SOC 846 enrollment agreement
• Undergo fingerprinting and a criminal background check by the California Department of Justice
• IHSS Program Provider Enrollment Form (SOC 426)
• IHSS Provider Enrollment Agreement (SOC 846)
• Fingerprinting and criminal background check by the California Department of Justice
