General ServicesPersonalized foot and toenail care within the RN scope for adults with intact skin, including assessment, cleaning, trimming, filing, mindful massage, and addressing issues such as fungal infections and ingrown nails.
Specialized ServicesComprehensive evaluation of foot health to identify swelling, fungal infections, malformed or broken nails, and other conditions; referrals to a Mobile Podiatrist (DPM), urgent care, or emergency room when infection or open wounds are detected.

- Homebound adults unable to travel
- Clients must have intact skin (no active infections or open wounds) – infections or wounds are referred to a podiatrist or urgent care
- Service provided only in non-smoking residences
- Northern California services scheduled 1st–15th of each month
- Minimum service charge applies for missed or late-canceled appointments
