• Must have an accepted in-network insurance plan; out-of-network plans are billed as self-pay and the patient may submit claims to their insurer
• HMO plans are only accepted if MedicsUSA is designated as the patient’s Primary Care Provider; otherwise visits are billed as urgent care or out-of-network
• Certain urgent-care-only or specialty plans (e.g., Cigna Connect urgent care, Tricare Prime HMO urgent care) require prior billing department confirmation
