Requirements
- new patients accepted
- Must be a regularly enrolled student who pays the Student Health Fee
- Not available to students who have graduated
- Basic primary care services reciprocal across CSU campuses
- Specialty services restricted to San Francisco State University students
- Proof of current enrollment (student ID or class schedule)
- Parental or guardian consent for students under 18
- Enrollment in previous and following semester for winter or summer break services
